Recently I import the heavy goods from india, which was 20kg weight. My brother he lives in India that he paid the postal charge that was nearly 拢400 but last week, i received the letter from TNT international service. they said, i'll need to pay the VAT/ DUTY money about 拢50. I tried to pay by post office and bank but both they couldn't accept this bill.
Does anyone had the experience before about TNT service?

That's correct. When you import something, import duty is applicable and it's a percentage of the value of the goods plus the cost of shipping.
The sender can select duty paid so they get charged their end. You can also check how much you should have paid with this duty calculator.
