When you ship a declarable package to Canada, France, or the UK via the US Postal Service are the applicable customs fees usually included in the price of the postage?How do you pay customs fees on international mail?
If you use the USPS there are no customs fees, if you use a private courier like fedex or UPS, they charge broker/customs fees..it's a rip off..be sure to use the USPS...
