I need to ship a package to a PO Box in Kenya, Africa. I was told that carriers such as Fedex or UPS is more reliable in delivering the package than postal services (because if I ship with USPS, when it gets to Kenya, Kenya postal services take over to deliver), and sometimes Kenya postal services may not be very reliable.Can Fedex ship to international PO Boxes?
Courier services cannot ship to PO boxes anywhere. Only postal services of a country have agreements with postal services of other countries.
Besides, if the postal service of a country is a problem, why would you want anything to end up in that country's postal service? The problem still exists!Can Fedex ship to international PO Boxes?
Yes you can, but often what happens is the package is held at the local station and the recipient is called. FYI unless you know the person you are sending this to odds are it's a scam. This happens all the time, they send you a check, paypal etc. and it turns out bogus.Can Fedex ship to international PO Boxes?
No they can't deliver to a PO Box regardless of where in the world the delivery is. And if you are sending money to get money do not do it I can promise you it is a scam. You will never see the money promised or your money again.

I didnt received the shipment by USPS from USA to El Salvador!?
I bought xbox 360 from e bay, and the seller sent it by using Priority Mail International in USPS(U.S. Postal Service) from USA to EL SALVADOR, and it said that it might take 6 to 10 days but didn't arrived to home in that time, but when i use track and confirm, it says my item arrived to El Salvador.. what should i do? just wait more?I didnt received the shipment by USPS from USA to El Salvador!?

I've ordered something from the US, has not arrived?
I've waited for nearly THREE weeks now.
I have a tracking code for USPS, I have entered the code in and it says;
"Class: First-Class Mail International
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 31, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
It has said this for about three weeks now.
My friends have ordered from this site before, their deliveries were super fast.

It usually takes between 7 - 14 days for a parcel to arrive from the States. Occasionally it can be much quicker than that but also it can be much slower too.
First thing you should do is ring up the company you ordered your item from to find out if the item has been dispatched and recieved by USPS.
Then ring up USPS and ask them if they can tell you if your parcel is in their system as you have had no updates for three weeks. - The fact that you have a tracking code should make this much simpler for them to find.
Check your policy of ordering from the website! There is usually a 28 day wait before you can report an item as lost in the post and undelivered. So you may have to wait a while (another week or so) before they will dispatch you another parcel. You will probably have to show the company your USPS tracking code information to prove lack of delivery.
Your parcel should be fully insured by them - so hopefully you'll get a quick repsonse.
Send both the USPS and the website an email to let them know the situation and wait for a reponse. They may well talk to one another without involving you to find out what's going on.

Usually I would send an International Reply Coupon but their postal service emailed me and said they don't accept prepaid envelopes or IRC's- but they should as they are a member of the United Postal Union. They suggested a cheque to cover costs, but my cheques are in UKæ‹¢, the fees for international cheque make this impossible and I have no idea who the payee would be.
