USPS postal service and customs?

I mailed a gift to Ukraine on December 21 and it looks like it's at customs. How often is mail scanned at customs on Sunday and the day after christmas? Does this mean the padded envelope really left the United States? What does this mean? I took a few of the numbers out. I sent it registered mail even though the CD didn't cost me much! I sent another CD regular International First Class in October 2010 and she didn't get it! Please look below!

Maybe some of the free workers the postal servive uses did not feel like working that day and many others like myself.

I discovered thatafter visiting the USA, a former Canadian postal worker .

Nonetheless your item was psoted late, withinn a holiday with uncertain express service you expect.

Even a $50 fee in a prepaid envelope does not mean service is available of that calibre on holidays.

If the item gets there ina 2-4 days..that is quite good.

Some of those old Russian planes..well..
