I got IPMO(International Postal Money Order) in Australia.
But postal clerk in Japan does not accept that .
He said ,"that is available at bank."
Why?
Not postal service?What is IPMO in AU? Is that postal service or bank service?
You have to pay it into a bank account and can not cash it over the counter.
