When typically will my package arrive in the Philippines? , the package is mailed by USPS ?

now to make my question short , my friend sent me a package from the United States and he sent the package last September 2, 2008 via USPS(United States Postal Service) , USPS doesnt provide online tracking for an ordinary mail or the cheapest international mailing service , I dont have any idea if when will it really arrive here in the Philippines it is already September 27, 2008 and the package still didnt arrive , Do you think it will really take time that the package will arrive here in the Philippines and by the way im not living in the capital city of the Philippines I am living in one of the provinces here. I seriously doubt it will ever get there. A box with a U.S. Adress ? It's stolen by someone in the postal system. Next time pay the extra for DHL or FEDEX if you want to get it. Same goes for letters.When typically will my package arrive in the Philippines? , the package is mailed by USPS ?
