Sending a package by USPS to Paris, France?

I sent a package to a recipient in Paris, France. This is a business address and I am certain that it is accurate. The package had a guaranteed delivery date of today, however when i checked the tracking number with the USPS website it stated the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address. Calling USPS was futile and i was told to call tomorrow to talk to international services.



Does anyone know how reliable or NOT reliable the French postal service is? Again, there is no question that the address is correct.
