I think I've heard about this one -- something like if you agree to their terms, you will get an e-mail from eBay (or maybe it's from Paypal) telling you that the funds have been allocated to you, but they're being held until you give them some kind of tracking number from the package you send.
They're hoping you'll be dumb enough to believe that story, because of course once you ship the package and try to give them the tracking number, it will turn out that the e-mail wasn't from eBay at all and that no money has been sent to you.
Forward the e-mail to eBay. They'll confirm that it's a scam.

Looks like a scam to me. You will give away your account number and any $$ you have in that account probably.
