I didnt received the shipment by USPS from USA to El Salvador!?

I bought xbox 360 from e bay, and the seller sent it by using Priority Mail International in USPS(U.S. Postal Service) from USA to EL SALVADOR, and it said that it might take 6 to 10 days but didn't arrived to home in that time, but when i use track and confirm, it says my item arrived to El Salvador.. what should i do? just wait more?I didnt received the shipment by USPS from USA to El Salvador!?
Once it reaches El Salvador it is in the hands of the El Salvadorian postal service. What is mail delivery like in El Salvador? Does it take a long time for mail to reach you?
