This was supposed to be mailed to me, but now has left Canada? It is my third time buying something from this company in China, what is going on?Canada Postal Service Inquiry, What does this mean?
Let's put them in order.
04/29 item mailed in origin country (China)
04/30 07:58 - leaves China heading for Canada
20:29 - arrivves in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs
05/04 item has left Canada.
When you read it sequentially, it looks as though it was mailed from China, arrived in Canada, was inspected by Customs and for some reason was rejected by them and returned to sender.

Is this the third time you ordered something and did not receive it? Or the third time you ordered and the first time you did not receive the item?
If items you are ordering are not delivered then you need to look at what you are ordering. Items that are prohibited or restricted in Canada will be stopped at Customs and returned to the country of origin. Also, items that do not meet Canadian standards may also be refused and returned.
If the previous items you ordered were delivered but this is being returned there are two possibilities. Either the item you ordered this time is prohibited or violates Canadian standards (such as meeting safety requirements) or the address on the package was incomplete and it was returned.
From the information you gave it appears that the item was rejected by Customs so whatever you ordered may not have been allowed in Canada. I know they used to send the purchaser notification of this and the reason however I am not sure if they still do this.
