USPS has not verified the validity of any email addresses submitted via its online Track %26amp; Confirm tool.I made a international order and its been with the usps sortin facility for 5 days should i be worried ?
It hasn't been scanned since Jan 3. That doesn't mean it hasn't moved, just that it hasn't been scanned. If it's a parcel, it has to clear UK customs before it can enter the Royal Mail system.

Customs can hold the parcel for a day, a week, a month.

After an item leaves the US, the USPS has no control over it and no responsibility for it.I made a international order and its been with the usps sortin facility for 5 days should i be worried ?
It may not be scanned again. If it is,it should be scanned at a ISC. Custom label bars aren't always scanned. Where is it going?I made a international order and its been with the usps sortin facility for 5 days should i be worried ?
It is probably okay since it can take a few days to clear customs.
