Is this normal for USPS Priority International Mail Tracking Display like this for a whole week?

I bought an item on the ebay from U.S on the 26th Nov. but It's been almost two weeks, I was clicking on the tracking info page everyday, and it keeps display like flow:

Is it normal?

Service(s): International Letter

Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 26, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. Is this normal for USPS Priority International Mail Tracking Display like this for a whole week?
USPSs tracking is very slow. Usually the site doesn't update for at least 12 hours.

There's also a pretty good chance that the package was dropped off at USPS and they [USPS] neglected to scan it in. I've had dozens of packages that were not scanned by USPS, but I mail a lot of packages. Is this normal for USPS Priority International Mail Tracking Display like this for a whole week?
That comes up when they haven't picked the package up from the shipper yet. Once they pick it up it's scanned and automatically comes up on your tracking display. Is this normal for USPS Priority International Mail Tracking Display like this for a whole week?
Yes. It means the shipper has indicated it's on the way to the USPS system, but it hasn't arrived yet. Once it does you will be able to track it.
