Issues with Postal Service? How can I pay for a someone's response?

Hey! It may be just a Utah-living-in-the-boonies- thing.

But no post offices from my hometown or any cities near me are selling these IRC's (International Response Coupons)

I am requesting a response autograph through the mail from Michael Fassbender and I don't want him to pay to do that. After all it's me asking the favor.

How can I secure his payment? Can I buy IRC's online somehow? Is there another way to pay for the response?

Could I put money in the letter? :( Of course, American money is no good in the United Kingdom.Issues with Postal Service? How can I pay for a someone's response?
It's been about 30 years since I bought an IRC--and my post office didn't know they even had them in stock. Fortunately one clerk remembered what they were and could look up the current price ($2.10).

The older IRCs expired in 2009, but every post office should have restocked new ones (which expire in 2013).

As others have pointed out, order them here:

(That's a heck of a URL. If that link doesn't work, just go to https://shop.usps.com and enter "International Response Coupon" in the search box.
