I have a person's residential international address that is not current:?

Can I expect the mail to be forwarded to their current address similar to the United States postal service?I have a person's residential international address that is not current:?
Only if the person left a forwarding address. That is a six months or one year contract, so if that person moved more than a year ago you are out of luck anyway.I have a person's residential international address that is not current:?
Where is this address ? Is it in the UK ? Or France ? In any cases, the mail will be forwarded to their current address only if the person paid a fee for a redirect service and left his or her current address in the post office.
