I was told that carriers such as Fedex or UPS is more reliable in delivering the package than postal services (because if I ship with USPS, when it gets to Kenya, Kenya postal services take over to deliver), and sometimes Kenya postal services may not be very reliable.Can Fedex ship to international PO Boxes?
Courier services cannot ship to PO boxes anywhere. Only postal services of a country have agreements with postal services of other countries.

Yes you can, but often what happens is the package is held at the local station and the recipient is called. FYI unless you know the person you are sending this to odds are it's a scam. No they can't deliver to a PO Box regardless of where in the world the delivery is. And if you are sending money to get money do not do it I can promise you it is a scam. You will never see the money promised or your money again.

I didnt received the shipment by USPS from USA to El Salvador!?
I bought xbox 360 from e bay, and the seller sent it by using Priority Mail International in USPS(U.S. Postal Service) from USA to EL SALVADOR, and it said that it might take 6 to 10 days but didn't arrived to home in that time, but when i use track and confirm, it says my item arrived to El Salvador.. what should i do? just wait more?I didnt received the shipment by USPS from USA to El Salvador!?

First thing you should do is ring up the company you ordered your item from to find out if the item has been dispatched and recieved by USPS.
Then ring up USPS and ask them if they can tell you if your parcel is in their system as you have had no updates for three weeks. - The fact that you have a tracking code should make this much simpler for them to find.
Check your policy of ordering from the website! There is usually a 28 day wait before you can report an item as lost in the post and undelivered. So you may have to wait a while (another week or so) before they will dispatch you another parcel. You will probably have to show the company your USPS tracking code information to prove lack of delivery.
Your parcel should be fully insured by them - so hopefully you'll get a quick repsonse.
Send both the USPS and the website an email to let them know the situation and wait for a reponse. They may well talk to one another without involving you to find out what's going on.

In December 2009 I purchased a necklace (and free gift) from Tiffanystore.org ,which, when received was not as advertised. I notified them (as per return policy) of my disatisfaction, they then offered a small percentage of the value and keep the necklace. As it was of no use to me, not being what I ordered, I declined. They upped the offer by a couple of pounds, which I again declined. They then supplied me with the address to return the items which is "Leon Lee, Room 417, Auxilary Building "D", Provincial Maternity and Child Health Hospital, West Guang Yuan Road, Bai Yun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, 510010, China" I would not have made the purchase had I seen this address in the beginning and therefore would not have been "ripped off". The goods were returned by Royal Mail International signed for Service. All attempts to deliver by Chinese Postal Service were unsuccessful and the goods have eventually been returned to me (ie today). Who pays the Post Office for delivering mail that was sent from another country?
In other words, If I mail a letter from Thailand to an address in the United States, the postage was paid in Thailand. Yet, the U.S. Postal Service delivers the letter in the states. Do they get compensated for it?
What about the reverse? If a letter is sent from the United States to Japan, who pays for the delivery process that occurs in Japan? Is Japan compensated by the U.S. Postal Service?

If someone in Thailand mails a letter to the US, that person will pay a lot more for the overseas postage. Only part of that increased fee goes to pay for the shipping of that letter. The rest of the money that fee generates goes toward paying for letters and packages that are sent TO Thailand from other nations, and which the Thai post office delivers for free.
And most every other nation works the same way. So, if you mail something overseas, part of the fee you pay goes toward paying the post office to deliver mail that comes to your country from other nations.
In effect, people who mail thing overseas pay for the delivery costs of people mailing to their country. Make sense?

They shipped it through Priority International Shipping (USPS) and when they sent me an email confirming my order and telling me my order has been shipping, there was no tracking number!! It said "Tracking number unavailble from carrier". I emailed them back, and asked them to help me find my tracking number, and they replied me saying "Your order was shipped via the United States Parcel Service (USPS) International Priority. The USPS does not offer a tracking mechanism for this service."
I personaly find this very odd. Ive read reviews about folica.com and not receiving a tracking number, and it seems MOST customers of folica.com DO receive tracking numbers when they place an order.

I am the lead singer/vocalist in a rock/pop band, The Embezzles, (name have been changed quite a few times within the past few months)and we鈥檙e very similar to Paramore and Linkin Park. We鈥檙e sort of a big deal in East Texas with an increasing fan base which continues to grow expendably great but we have a big problem communicating and contacting fans. We鈥檝e tried everything from Post Office boxes, Private Mailboxes and social networking sties. Unfortunately, the Postal Services are on shaky ground. Postal Services have rules and regulations to combat mail fraud and other crimes committed using postal and private mailboxes which sounds convincing but the postal services are on the wrong side here.
Rather than protecting privacy they are seeking to invade it and rather than allowing some consumer choice they are looking to stifle what little competition exists. Unfortunately, scam artists also utilize the convenience of private mailboxes to hide illegal activities, such as credit card fraud, identity theft and schemes to swindle the elderly. In other words or simple terms, P.O. boxes and Private Mailboxes are growing concerns of the postal services used in order to single out P.O. boxes and PMB(private mailboxes) who have personal accounts instead of business accounts.
We would like to have an address rather than using one of our own physical home address because you guys are aware of fans(groupies) can be a bit psychotic at times when bands are in the limelight destined for stardom. Instead of selling merchandise, passing out flyers, etc. from our tour van/hotel (lol) J, we decided that we want to be able to reach fans outside of our 100 mile radius giving fans the opportunity to write personal letters to one our band members, pics or whatever the fans want to give their favorite band (The Embezzles ) %26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;promotion tactic%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;,in order to converse on numerous occasions, but we do not want to give the government or postal office or any carrier service speculations or any misleading ideas that we are subjecting to a scheme to earn money or somehow get personal information from individuals. All we want is to build a connection with our fans in order to solidify our relationships to remind them of upcoming tour dates, nearby performances, or any updates we might have in order to refresh the memories of our fans.
We were recommended on some international mail forwarding service sites but getting an international P.O. or Private box seems a little suspect, wouldn鈥檛 you agree? Although they offer great services they only require your personal information鈥?sometimes to much information. I have scavenged many postal services sites and some websites seem a bit puzzling. Even though they have U.S. Postal Forms and identification requirements they false advertise and some sites even have numerous complaints from previous customers. If I were to come across one of these misleading websites how would I be able to recognize a true and faithful postal or forwarding service from any other website posing as a legit mail forwarding service? Are there any services that allows you to apply online if so this would be my first option to cut out the hassle and run around the postal services have been giving us.

You have to admit, your band's name is suspect, sounds almost like criminal activity. Personally I would change it to something less suspect.
You have to understand that the Postal Service and the private mailbox companies have the regulations they do because there are federal laws, passed by Congress, that require those rules for the protection of everybody. They not doing it to hassle you, they just following the law, so they don't lose their job.
You cannot sign up for a box online because you MUST present valid identification to rent a P O Box or a private mail box at a CMRA.
ALL private mailbox services (CMRA's as the post office calls them) are required to get identification and a permanent mailing address when you apply for a private mail box. They don't have any choice because of the law.
Any business offering a private mailbox which doesn't require you to complete the PS Form 1583 and provide proper identification is breaking the law and may be suspect in other ways as well.
If you have an agent, maybe your agent will receive your mail for you rather than using a PO Box or a CMRA mailbox.
One last thing, if you want to stay in touch with your fans, and have them be able to contact you, you absolutely need to settle on one address and keep it. When you keep bouncing from one address to another like you have apparently been doing, your fans will have trouble keeping up with you and will ultimately drift away.

Even though they have U.S. Postal Forms and identification requirements they false advertise and some sites even have numerous complaints from previous customers. If I were to come across one of these misleading websites how would I be able to recognize a true and faithful postal or forwarding service from any other website posing as a legit mail forwarding service? Are there any services that allows you to apply online if so this would be my first option to cut out the hassle and run around the postal services have been giving us.

You have to admit, your band's name is suspect, sounds almost like criminal activity. Personally I would change it to something less suspect.
You have to understand that the Postal Service and the private mailbox companies have the regulations they do because there are federal laws, passed by Congress, that require those rules for the protection of everybody. They not doing it to hassle you, they just following the law, so they don't lose their job.
You cannot sign up for a box online because you MUST present valid identification to rent a P O Box or a private mail box at a CMRA.
ALL private mailbox services (CMRA's as the post office calls them) are required to get identification and a permanent mailing address when you apply for a private mail box. They don't have any choice because of the law.
Any business offering a private mailbox which doesn't require you to complete the PS Form 1583 and provide proper identification is breaking the law and may be suspect in other ways as well.
If you have an agent, maybe your agent will receive your mail for you rather than using a PO Box or a CMRA mailbox.
One last thing, if you want to stay in touch with your fans, and have them be able to contact you, you absolutely need to settle on one address and keep it. When you keep bouncing from one address to another like you have apparently been doing, your fans will have trouble keeping up with you and will ultimately drift away.

Can't post listing because ebay won't accept my postage service?
I'm just putting on a pair of women's shoes with a basic listing, but it won't let me put them up because when it comes to choosing a postage service it is not accepting my "standard international postage" option.
Under postal destination I've put European Union, then under service i've tried with economy international mail, standard international mail, express international, royal mail small parcel, obviously not all at the same time, but none of them are accepted, it just brings me back to the same page and says "please select at least one postage option". I will be postage them standard international, so it seems silly to put somthing else, but nothing is accepted. I'm posting from France to the Eu, hence why it is international.
Can someone tell me what to do? My shouting at ebay is not making a difference.

Rather than protecting privacy they are seeking to invade it and rather than allowing some consumer choice they are looking to stifle what little competition exists. Unfortunately, scam artists also utilize the convenience of private mailboxes to hide illegal activities, such as credit card fraud, identity theft and schemes to swindle the elderly. In other words or simple terms, P.O. boxes and Private Mailboxes are growing concerns of the postal services used in order to single out P.O. boxes and PMB(private mailboxes) who have personal accounts instead of business accounts.
We would like to have an address rather than using one of our own physical home address because you guys are aware of fans(groupies) can be a bit psychotic at times when bands are in the limelight destined for stardom. Well, first of all you've chosen a name that implies an illegal activity so, yes, you're going to be scrutinized more closely than others. However, I have used the USPS mail box, a P.O. Box, for years with no difficulty.

I am planning to visit Brazil soon.
I was technically illegal, but an International Student on College in Las Vegas, paying out-states tuition with I-20 approved by USCIS and everything...Nothing done illegally except the postal service delay the delivery of my “Application To Extend my stay” and even after that I continuously being a student.
What docs do I need to present when I live and when I came back?
Actually I got married a year ago to an US American. I asked for a parole (Form I-131, Application for Travel Document) but they never give me the answer and basically told me the green card is enough. I do not believe so. Please tell me what should do in case they stop me to get back to my husband and what docs should I present? I cannot wait more 3 years to get a citizenship! You were given accurate information: Your I-551 Permanent Resident Card (along with your foreign passport) is enough for you to regain entry into the United States. Just check on stay requirements; you can only stay away for so long (6 months?) before your green card is revoked.
If you do NOT have the I-551 Permanent Resident Card, get together with your husband NOW, go to www.uscis.gov, fill out and send:
G-325a - Biographical
I-130 - petition for alien relative
I-131 - petition for advance parole
I-485 - petition for change of status to Permanent Resident
I-765 - petition for work permit
To the USCIS office service your area - read the form directions.
NOTE: Write a check to pay for the forms' application fees SEPARATELY - do NOT write one check for all. If you do and one form is wrong they reject everything and return it to you...and you lose 6-8 weeks.
You should get acknowledgement receipts within 30-45 days, giving you receipt numbers and thus enabling you to access your petitions' progress over the internet.
You should get the work permit and travel papers in 90-120 days, although if you go to your LOCAL USCIS office with some VERY convincing documentation of a family emergency AND a plane ticket already paid for, they can usually give you travel papers in about a week.
At about the same time you will be given an appoint ment for your biometrics, and about 12-15 months after initial filing you will get an appointment for your final interview with the USCIS who will decide if you are to become a Permanent Resident right then and there.
I would HIGHLY recommend talking to whomever is necessary to get written proof (or as close as possible) that you'll have no trouble upon re-entering the U.S.
Since 9-11, there have been countless horror stories about getting back in, particularly serious since (even if it's not your fault) you're technically in violation of the procedure.
Call INS (I'm sure you've done that a thousand times but go there if you have to) and get the straight scoop.
